Pasta Genovese

This simple but delicious vegetarian pasta dish is an ideal solution when you want something quick and tasty.

250g Spaghetti or Linguine

200g Ready-made Green Pesto

4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

125ml Water

Parmesan Cheese


Prep time 10mins – Cooking time 15mins – Ready in 25mins

  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan on low heat, add the pesto and water and mix together. Gently bring the sauce to boil and season to your liking.
  2. Add water with salt to another saucepan and boil, then add your pasta and cook until al dente (8-12mins)
  3. Once the pasta is ready add to your pesto sauce and mix well to ensure everything is covered. Serve straight away.
  4. Grate Parmesan cheese to finish (optional)
