This simple but delicious vegetarian pasta dish is an ideal solution when you want something quick and tasty.

250g Spaghetti or Linguine
200g Ready-made Green Pesto
4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Prep time 10mins – Cooking time 15mins – Ready in 25mins
- Heat the oil in a saucepan on low heat, add the pesto and water and mix together. Gently bring the sauce to boil and season to your liking.
- Add water with salt to another saucepan and boil, then add your pasta and cook until al dente (8-12mins)
- Once the pasta is ready add to your pesto sauce and mix well to ensure everything is covered. Serve straight away.
- Grate Parmesan cheese to finish (optional)
